What is Azaark's return policy?

At Azaark, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns and transparent refunds.

You can request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, the item must be:
  • Unused and unwashed
  • In its original packaging with all tags and labels attached
  • Free from any damage or stains
  • Yes, the following items are generally non-returnable:

  • Items purchased on clearance or marked as final sale
  • Accessories (like caps, socks), unless they are defective
  • Customized or limited-edition items
  • You can return an item if:

  • You received the wrong product.
  • There's a size mismatch.
  • The item is defective or damaged.
  • The item doesn't match the description or image on our website.
  • Simply contact our customer service team via WhatsApp, phone, or email within 3 days of delivery. Make sure to provide your order number and the reason for your return, along with photos if applicable.

    Once approved, you'll need to send the item back to us via courier, or you can request a pickup. After we receive and inspect the item, you can request either an exchange or a refund.

    Refunds can be processed using your original payment method (where applicable), or through bKash or Nagad.

    Refunds are typically processed within 3-7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

    If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a wrong or damaged item), we will cover the shipping cost. For all other reasons, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
